Because you’re here, I have a hunch that you have reached a point in your life where you are determined to live. You’re done with going through the motions and sleepwalking through your days. You are determined to move through this life as fully alive as you possibly can.
Welcome. Recognizing this takes courage and honesty. Which means you are willing to feel your fear and move ahead anyway.
Going Maverick. Going your own way. Living your own life, not someone else’s. This can feel lonely. It’s not for the faint of heart. But being a Maverick does not mean going it alone.
The Great Quit or Great Resignation is gaining too much momentum in our culture to ignore. Perhaps you are dissatisfied with your paid work. It may be that you decide you want to explore different career options. But before taking that leap, we might be able to do some deep soul searching and engage in some creative thinking to enable you to transform your current work. And if you do decide it’s time to leap, you will be doing so from a place of greater self-knowledge and awareness.
I also think of work as broader than what we get paid to do. Even our forms of play and hobbies, as well as our various roles in life: friend, partner, parent, sister, brother, mentor, and more, require and are work. Growth and learning are also tremendous forms of work. You are more than what you do for a living. We will look at your life broadly to help you move through a decision making process aimed towards helping you design a life in which you feel more fully present, alive, and fulfilled.
